CMS is a not-for-profit educational organization that is 96% funded through tuition and fees from our parents' community; however, as with any funding, there are maximum thresholds for annual increases in tuition and fees from year to year. Therefore, CMS needs to create alternative sources of funding for our school.
In addition, with the significant changes in the world today, particularly in ensuring that the learning experiences for our students keep pace with the latest educational advances, an endowment is essential in funding those opportunities that do not come along in equal annual increments; thus they cannot always be fully funded through annual increases in fees.
